We specialize in simplifying the job search for those pursuing CNA, CMA, LPN, and RN roles — while helping facilities find the trusted support they need.
A team with deep roots in healthcare — and a shared commitment to compassionate, reliable staffing.

“My goal is simple — to make sure no senior goes without the care they deserve, and no facility is left short of help.”
That commitment guides everything Landry does at Vital Health Staffing, leading efforts to connect compassionate, qualified caregivers with the facilities that need them most. With firsthand insight from years of working as a CNA, Landry understands the challenges and rewards of senior care, and has seen how staffing shortages can strain both residents and caregivers. By combining practical experience with a deep passion for service, Landry works to ensure every placement supports high-quality care, smoother operations, and peace of mind for our clients.

With over 13 years of experience in healthcare, Mark's strength lies in connecting people — caregivers, facilities, and teams — and helping them access the support they need, when they need it.

He believes the work matters most when it builds genuine human connection — between clients and staff, between teammates, and between caregivers and the people they serve. A strong collaborator and a good listener, Mark is always looking for ways to bring people together and make sure they feel heard, supported, and empowered. His goal is simple: to build community through meaningful partnerships.

Vital Health Staffing was founded in August 2021, right here in Fargo. Our very first facility partner was Benedictine Living Community–Garrison in Garrison, ND, and five years later that relationship is still going strong — this August, we went and enjoyed the day at their golf tournament, celebrating our anniversary together. From that first partnership, we've grown into a five-state network of caregivers and facilities who trust us to do right by them.
What started as a single office in Fargo has grown into a five-state network — growth we credit almost entirely to the relationships we build, not just the roles we fill.
Meeting compliance requirements is the baseline. What matters just as much to us is whether our staff show up, do right by the people in their care, and are someone a facility can count on.
Our relationship with our staff doesn't end at placement. We check on them and check in with them throughout the assignment, because that follow-through is what keeps care consistent on both sides.
Our innovative platform is tailored to the healthcare industry, making employment opportunities easy to navigate and accessible to all. By removing barriers and providing a seamless experience, we empower you to take control of your healthcare career.
When a facility reaches out — most often a nursing home or long-term care community in need of travel staff — we get to work matching them with a CNA, LPN, or RN who's the right fit. Once matched, we place that clinician on contract or PRN, so facilities get dependable coverage and clinicians get real opportunities near where they want to work.
Compliance isn't a hurdle — it's a framework for serving clients and caregivers with confidence. When systems work, relationships thrive, and better care follows.Tammey Brown Director of Compliance, Vital Health Staffing
